After MSNBC “Morning Joe” co-host Joe Scarborough called President Trump a “schmuck” on Wednesday’s program, FNC’s Sean Hannity expressed pity for Scarborough and his fiancée Mika Brzezinski.
Scarborough’s Yiddish skewer involved Trump inviting GOP Sens. Tom Cotton (Arkansas) and Marco Rubio (a.k.a “Liddle Marco” from Florida) over to the White House for dinner.
“Donald Trump, again, being a schmuck thinking he can buy people’s integrity by inviting them over to the White House and wowing them? I’m sorry, that’s how he thinks,” Scarborough said. “I know that firsthand. He thinks if he invites you to the White House and gives you food that you are going to cut him a break, cut him slack.”
ScarBrz have jolted wildly back and forth between despising Trump and being embarrassing suckups. At one point they were so close to Trump that he offered to marry them. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner also offered to perform the nuptials. Much like the network on which they appear, Scarborough and Brzezinski are now squarely a united front against Trump, even going so far as to question his mental stability.
Hannity, an unabashed Trump fanboy, didn’t wait long before lashing out at the MSNBC power couple.
Scarborough smacked back.
The trio has had bad blood for awhile.
Back in February, when Scarborough attacked Trump Senior White House Policy Advisor Stephen Miller, Hannity wrote Scarborough a nastygram on Twitter, saying, “Joe why don’t you focus on getting your horrific ratings up. They totally suck. And I’ll take Steve Miller on my team over u any day.”
Last month, Scarborough went after Hannity for pushing Seth Rich conspiracy theories. Fox News ultimately removed a story on the matter and Hannity suddenly stopped talking about the murdered DNC staffer.
Still, Hannity stuck the knife in.
“LOL, Joe and Mika are so cute together. Do they hold hands under the desk?” Hannity told Mediaite‘s Colby Hall. “That would be the only reason to watch the low rated daily emotional breakdowns they have.”
UPDATE: Hannity has fired back at Scarborough since this story ran earlier in the day.

Scarborough has not responded to this latest round of trash talk.
