Record-Breaking Climate Bull**** From Mainstream Media

Image: Swiss Meteorologist On Germany’s Extreme Heat: ‘Complete Nonsense’

By Tony Heller

The usual criminals in the press are claiming record-breaking heat in the Arctic and in Texas.

The Texas heatwave hasn’t even been in the ballpark of the 1980 heatwave, when the Dallas/Fort Worth area had 51 consecutive days over 100 degrees, averaged 105 degrees, and topped out at 119 degrees on June 26, 1980.

The number of 100 degree days in the Dallas/Fort Worth area has been average for June and July (nine days) so far. The frequency of 100-degree days has declined sharply since the 1950s when over 100 degrees was typical.

As far as the Arctic is concerned, temperatures near the North Pole have been consistently below normal for the past two months.

Arctic sea ice volume is fourth highest in the last 15 years and is declining very slowly.

Hot weather is not uncommon near the Arctic Circle, which receives more solar radiation than any place else on Earth at mid-summer.

During June and July, the Arctic receives more solar radiation than Texas. The sun never sets there this time of year.

Arctic News: The Threat Of Arctic Albedo Change

Unlike the fake news of 2018, the year 1896 had actual record-breaking heat, including one which killed 1,500 people in New York City.

Australia’s worst heatwave occurred during January 1896.

Arizona also had their record heatwave that year, with Parker, Ariz., over 120 degrees every day from June 11 to June 17.

BBC’s Climate Change Superstition – It’s Catastrophic!

By Tony Heller

james cook bbc tweet catastrophic weather

James Cook on Twitter: “Climate change. It’s here. It’s catastrophic

The BBC is taking climate disinformation to an entirely new level, describing common weather events as catastrophic climate change.

I could write an entire encyclopedia documenting similar weather events from the past. But here a few line items from James Cook’s clueless tweet.

In 1902, fires were burning all over Greece.

In 1972, at the peak of the Ice Age scare, fires were burning all over Arctic Norway.

In 1922, Japan and China had a heatwave over 100 degrees for weeks.

The hottest temperature ever recorded on Earth (134 degrees) occurred this month 105 years ago.

During July 1934, 80% of the US was in extreme or severe drought.

Current drought conditions are much less severe, and the drought region of the southwest has been getting lots of rain since this map was made last week.

Imagine the hysteria from James Cook if he was transported back to 1931. On this date in 1931, forest fires were the headline story in US newspapers.

Forest fires are down 80% in the US since the 1930s.

Meanwhile, the worst floods in history were occurring in China, which killed more than three million people.

There is no indication that the climate is getting more extreme.  Fake news writers like James Cook take commonplace weather events and declare them to be catastrophic climate change – without doing any historical research or actual journalism.

And their most egregious failing is a refusal to talk to people (like myself) who are familiar with history.

We have seen censorship like this in the past. When only one point of view is allowed to be presented by state news agencies, journalists are nothing more than propagandists. Particularly when their viewpoint is incorrect.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
