“Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani released a statement Sunday that expressed exactly how he felt about Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and her use of private email server she used while secretary of state — and let’s just say he covered everything.
Giuliani said powerful evidence of Clinton’s “criminal intent” was clear in how she erased 33,000 emails from her server with “expensive, BleachBit software” that he claims criminals use “to hide evidence from law enforcement,” reported Politico.
“The notes released from Hillary Clinton’s FBI interview make it abundantly clear that she was not only ‘extremely careless’ in her handling of top secret and confidential government information, but acted intentionally and with criminal intent,” the former United States attorney wrote.
Giuliani also wrote that Clinton was unfit to serve as president because she claimed she thought the “C” notation on emails referred to paragraphs marked in alphabetical order, instead of the more obvious notation of classified information.
“This evidence leads to one of two conclusions. Either she was the dumbestsecretary of state in American history or a bald-faced liar,” Giuliani wrote. “If it’s the former, there is a serious question she may get the nuclear codes confused if she were ever president. If it’s the latter, she should be prosecuted for the same crime as Martha Stewart by making a false statement to the FBI in violation of 18 U.S. Code section 1001.”
He concluded that saying there has never been a a case like this in history is “actually saying there has never been such a case of such a brazen, intentional, long-term and highly calculated attempt to obstruct justice.”
Ouch. But it’s hard to argue with his points. Clinton ‘s pathetic excuses are wearing thin.
