The reason the election won’t end up in the Supreme Court is rather logic. As the crimes are being investigated, illegal ballots are being discarded (millions), and Trump votes that was illegally swithed over to Biden (“Hammer”), who knows how many thousand, Biden’s lead will vanish and all the states President Trump won, that Biden stole, will fall back to President Trump, where it all belongs.
He might even win a few additional states.
For all that, there’s no need for the Supreme Court, but of course, there can be other issues.
