No, she can’t be forthcoming about her true intentions, fraud of the american people tend to be frowned upon, not supported by many. And of course she wanted to run, that has been her whole purpose since Arkansas, also the reason she took the loss so hard.

In an interview published Thursday, Vice President Joe Biden offered multiple explanations as to why Hillary Clinton lost the election, one being that she never figured out why she wanted to be the next president.
“I don’t think she ever really figured it out,” Biden said. “And by the way, I think it was really hard for her to decide to run.”
Biden explained that he doesn’t believe Hillary wanted to run for president, but instead felt as if she was thrown into the position:
“She thought she had no choice but to run. That, as the first woman who had an opportunity to win the presidency, I think it was a real burden on her,” he said.
The Vice President then went on to explain that Trump won the election because he was able to attract and energize white, working-class voters in places just like Scranton, Pa., the town he grew up in:
“Son of a gun. We may lose this election,” Biden said, recalling his thoughts as the election came to a close.
“They’re all the people I grew up with. They’re their kids. And they’re not racist. They’re not sexist. But we didn’t talk to them.”
Biden also suggested that Trump was able to win this demographic through fear mongering, not because he actually understands these people:
“I don’t think he understands working-class or middle-class people,” Biden said. “He at least acknowledged the pain. But he played to the prejudice. He played to the fear. He played to the desperation. There was nothing positive that I ascertained when he spoke to these folks that was uplifting.”
