Cobra dies after being bitten by boy in India: ‘I bit it hard twice’

Deepak was attacked by the cobra, but the eight-year-old boy then turned on the reptile and bit it back after it refused to release its grip on his arm and the snake did not survive in Chhattisgarh, India
In an odd instance, a cobra is said to have died after being bitten by an eight-year-old child in the Chhattisgarh village of Pandrapath.
The incident occurred while the youngster, Deepak, was playing in his house’s backyard, and he has been identified.
Deepak was bitten by the snake after it became entangled in his hand. Deepak bit the reptile twice after he tried to shake it off but it wouldn’t move, so he killed it.
About 350 kilometers northeast of Raipur, in the Jashpur district, is where the incident took place.
“The snake got wrapped around my hand and bit me. I was in great pain. As the reptile didn’t budge when I tried to shake it off, I bit it hard twice. It all happened in a flash,” the young victim was quoted in reports.
After a day of treatment, the kid received anti-snake venom doses and was then released from the hospital.
