Putin accuses West of being ready to provoke revolution in any country

The fall of the Soviet Union, according to Vladimir Putin, is to blame for the conflict in Ukraine.

The Commonwealth of Independent States, or CIS, intelligence chiefs were among the recipients of the Russian President’s remarks (CIS).

“It is enough to look at what is occurring now between Russia and Ukraine and what is happening on the borders of some other CIS countries,” he said during the live-streamed conference.

Naturally, the collapse of the Soviet Union is the cause of all of this.

Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are the nine nations that make up the CIS.

Putin also asserted, without mentioning any particular nation, that the West was prepared to incite “colour revolutions” and a “bloodbath” in any nation.
