The way I see it: They have tricked DeSantis to go up against President Donald J. Trump, making him think he can win, but what he is really doing is destroying his name for a later run and in the process also ruining his chances of winning Florida again.
The deep state win because the election is rigged for democrat president anyway and they also win by getting rid of DeSantis in Florida where they soon also will be able to rig the presidental elections – again.. making it even easier for a democrat presidential canditate to win nationally in 28, or 32 etc.
Also, DeSantis proves he is not smart enough to be President as he by throwing his hat into the race document he is controllable (corruptable)!
They really played him good!!

By Dr. Steve LaTulippe – America Out Loud
Both grief and anger fill my heart when I realize that American liberty is an issue of contention in my lifetime. Assuming we even have a 2024 election — the leftist uniparty’s worst nightmare — we must be prepared to choose the right person who will support and defend our Constitution without any compromise.
That person must be courageous, strong, a lover of God, a servant of the people, and an avowed constitutional warrior. Now that Ron DeSantis has announced his run for president, it’s going to get down and very dirty. The dirt is about to hit the fan, especially in the Trump-DeSantis standoff. What can we expect of these top contenders? Much of the same, although the sparring has been minimal so far.
Former President Donald Trump will continue to speak his mind boldly, spewing insults, calling names, and ever displaying his New York styled arrogance. He is a true alpha male, an egotistical loudmouth who often speaks when he should be silent, and who occasionally is silent when he should speak. He was bamboozled on Covid and never apologized. I know.
On the other hand, Ron DeSantis just manipulated Florida law for selfish gain, so that he can run for president while still serving as Florida’s governor. How else will he compromise? No, he doesn’t cast insults or childish names, but he still counterpunches in his own way. Is he more refined? Or more politically correct in his attacks? Either way, it’s much harder to know what’s really on his mind — and that’s a bit concerning.
How, then, do we wisely choose the best candidate for POTUS? Here are a few pointers.
First, remember that our first and foremost goal is to save and restore America. We must forever keep that in focus. We must look beyond the personality traits of each candidate and ask who can get the job done. That requires that we focus on character, the real fabric that makes the man. When God told the prophet Samuel to choose the second king of Israel, he gave him solid advice. “For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7). God then chose David, the son of Jesse, to rule over Israel. David was far from perfect, but he was a man after God’s own heart.
What would God say about Don or Ron? It’s hard for us to say because, as humans, grasping the true inner character of a man is very difficult. That said, we can best know a man’s heart by the company they keep. Here the Bible gives us more wisdom: “Do not be deceived: evil company corrupts good habits” (1 Corinthians 15:33).
Taken into the realm of politics, we deduce that those who support a politician may have a strong influence on their actions. The average politician lives a lifestyle of compromise, simply on the basis of representing the will of the people. If billionaires are endorsing a candidate, we’d better ask ourselves what principles reside in their hearts and minds, as they are likely to press hard on their chosen one. Money talks. Those who publicly claim to support a candidate give us valuable insight into what kind of a man their nominee actually is. They clue us in to which candidate is more apt to be manipulated by their supporters. We’d do well to pay close attention to their bedfellows.
Based on that principle, if we voted today, who would be the right choice for president? Take a look at the company they keep. Trump already has numerous Senate supporters and over fifty House of Representative backers, including Jim Jordan, Andy Biggs, Lauren Boebert, Michael Burgess, and Elise Stefanik. These people are strong spokesmen for the people. Stefanik (R-N.Y.) defined Trump best: “Under his presidency, America was strong at home and abroad, our economy was red hot, our border was secure, our neighbors were safe, our law enforcement was respected,, and our enemies feared us.” In other words, Trump upheld God’s own purpose of national leadership.
In contrast, Ron DeSantis has no declared Senate supporters and only five congressional lawmakers endorsing him. He is being supported by Elon Musk (whose new CEO, Linda Yaccarino, served at the World Economic Forum), Jeb Bush, Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, Ken Griffin (Citadel CEO), the Koch and DeVos billionaire families, and Mike Pence. None of these fans endorses an America First policy. DeSantis is attracting much money from the billionaires and uniparty loyalists. We should ask why.
