The problem isn’t necessarily that South Africa is ruled by blacks.
No matter what the skin color is – as long as the rulers are communists you have these problems. To list a few; corruption, incompetence, negligence, greed and evil!
Kleptocracy – Selfish, evil and corrupt criminals who’s only in it to enrich themselves, where nobody is responsible but they all have unlimited power.
