Article III Project founder and attorney Mike Davis spoke to The Gateway Pundit from the Denver District Courthouse on Thursday to discuss lawfare against President Trump and the 14th Amendment election interference lawsuit in Colorado.

The Colorado District Judge in this case, Sarah Wallace, has previously donated to the Colorado Turnout Project, an anti-Trump January 6 PAC, and other ActBlue organizations. “They’re gonna disqualify President Trump in a blue state with this Democrat judge in Colorado, and it will get affirmed by the Colorado Supreme Court,” Mike Davis told The Gateway Pundit. He continued, “Hopefully, the Supreme Court of the United States puts on their big boy pants and they reverse this unconstitutional nonsense.” Still, other states will use the legal precedent set by this radical left Judge to try and remove Trump from the ballot before he’s even been charged or convicted of the alleged crime!

New York County Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron on Friday gagged former President Donald Trump’s legal counsel from discussing his “confidential communications” with staff, including note-passing from clerk Allison Greenfield.
According to a copy of the order published by the Messenger, Engoron ordered, “All counsel are prohibited from making any public statements, in or out of court, that refer to any confidential communications, in any form, between my staff and me.”
“Serious sanctions” will be brought against the legal team if they violate the order, said Engoron, who is overseeing the civil lawsuit New York Attorney General Letitia James has brought against Trump and his eldest sons.
He specifically named Trump lawyers Christopher Kise, Clifford Robert, and Alina Habba, writing that they “have made, on the record, repeated, inappropriate remarks about my Principal Law Clerk, falsely accusing her of bias against them and of improperly influencing the ongoing bench trial.”

Former President Donald Trump’s counsel, Christopher Kise, suggested in court Friday that the legal team may consider pursuing a mistrial in the civil suit brought by the state of New York in light of a report from Breitbart News.
At the center of the argument is Breitbart News Washington Bureau Chief Matthew Boyle’s report that New York County Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s top clerk, Allison Greenfield, “appears to have violated judicial rules preventing officers of the court from making excessive political donations.”
“There’s a news story out [today]…about particular political contributions made by your court staff…it raises questions of impartiality,” Kise said, according to Law360’s Stewart Bishop.
He added the “defense will have to give serious consideration to seeking a mistrial.”
According to Pix11 reporter Henry Rosoff, Engoron — who placed a gag order on Trump regarding Greenfield and has fined him twice for gag order violations — became frustrated.
