Biden Admin Secretly Tells Border Patrol To Release Migrants Into U.S. Despite Biden’s Executive Order

President Joe Biden’s administration has instructed U.S. Border Patrol agents to release illegal aliens into the U.S. from all but six of the more than 100 countries in the Eastern Hemisphere rather than deport them.

The Washington Examiner obtained the memo that Border Patrol agents were given by Biden officials which comes immediately after Biden signed a weak executive order on immigration last week that he claimed would shut down the border if it became overwhelmed — even though he had previously said that he couldn’t do it. Numerous officials, elected leaders, and security experts have warned that Biden’s executive order solves nothing and is little more than window dressing.

The instructions that Border Patrol agents were given “contradicts what senior Biden administration officials told reporters in a call on Tuesday would be the case for migrants from Eastern Hemisphere countries who traveled through multiple countries without seeking asylum in order to reach the U.S., referred to as extra-hemispheric migrants,” said Examiner border correspondent Anna Giaritelli.

The report quoted the Biden official as saying: “Extra-hemispheric migrants have always been a challenge. They will be subject to these rules, provisions. We’ve also been working with governments all over the world to enhance our ability to repatriate individuals to countries that have historically been challenging. We have, for example, operated repatriation flights to India, to China, to Uzbekistan, to Mauritania, to Senegal over the last few months, and those are all countries that historically would have been much more challenging for us to return individuals to and we anticipate we will continue to enhance our ability to return migrants to the Eastern Hemisphere.”

Tens of thousands of migrants from countries including China and Venezuela could be exempt from the Biden administration’s ‘tough’ new border restrictions — because their home countries refuse to accept them back.

Over 150,000 people from those two nations alone have illegally crossed into the US so far in 2024, and hundreds more arrive daily.

Despite new orders to stop processing asylum claims once migrant encounters hit 2,500 per day for seven consecutive days, instructions from the Department of Homeland Security to border agents provide exceptions.

A memo seen by The Post reads: “Single adults and family units who are very hard to remove (such as countries which do not permit charter repatriation flights) … may be considered for processing of Expedited Removal or placed into section 240 removal proceedings.”

In plain English, ‘section 240 removal’ means “they’re released,” into the US, a Border Patrol source told The Post — explaining such migrants will be given a court date and allowed to pursue asylum, which typically take years to resolve.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
