Black Lives Matter is an organization that is often referred to as a black-supremacist organization due to its tendency to ignore facts, and to push the agenda to kill police officers, and commit violent acts against white people. Groups like BLM and the New Black Panther Party have continued their threatening race-based actions with what is being called legal impunity from the Obama controlled Department of Justice.
However, when Latausha Nedd, militant activist in the Black Lives Matter Movement spin-off, F*** Yo Flag, began uploading videos of herself, armed with a gun and machete, calling for the killing of white people, and police officers, the rhetoric caught someone’s attention because she found the authorities knocking on her door and charges of inciting violence being filed against her.
At her preliminary hearing, Nedd, who also goes by ‘Eye Empress Sekhmet,’ may have considered it a blessing to see the Honorable Wanda Dallas, also a black woman, overseeing her case, but it must have been eye-opening to realize that not everybody is a racist who judges people on their skin color, as Nedd seems to.
Judge Dallas laid into Nedd’s despicable behavior, and rhetorically asked what the militant Black Lives Matter activist hoped to achieve with her video.
“YOU SHOW TWO POLICE OFFICERS, AND SAY, ‘IT’S OPEN SEASON ON KILLING CRACKER COPS.’ DOES THAT FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE IN THIS COUNTRY, OR DOES THAT ADD TO THE PROBLEMS THAT WE HAVE IN THIS COUNTRY?”
Nedd, who was unemployed at the time of her arrest, tried to mount a defense that she was only exercising her Freedom of Speech when she called for the murder of white police officers, but Judge Dallas was not having it.
The judge called her actions inflammatory and a clear incitement of violence.
“BURN DOWN POLICE STATIONS, TAKE COPS GUN DAY. REALLY? THAT’S NOT A THREAT TO YOU?”
Do you think Nedd’s call to kill white people was protected under the First Amendment, or should she face prosecution? If so, what sort of sentence would you recommend if you were on the jury? –Source
