Donald Trump rails against Liz Cheney accusing her of ‘extreme sabotage’ and calls for Special Counsel Jack Smith’s latest January 6 legal filing to be ‘terminated’ as she fires back, calling the former president ‘hangry’

  • Donald Trump on Monday accused Liz Cheney of deleting Jan. 6 evidence
  • She quickly hit back, sharing a link to an online repository of documents
  • Trump made his claims as he again claimed he had immunity from prosecution

Donald Trump used his social media platform to falsely accuse Liz Cheney of destroying evidence gathered by the congressional January 6 investigation, saying she was guilty of ‘extreme sabotage.’

It is not the first time he has made the claim and suggested it is all part of denying him the testimony, video footage and documents he needs to defend himself in criminal trials.

Cheney, one of his biggest critics inside the Republican Party, quickly hit back, posting a link to online materials collected by the investigation.

The former president is due to go on trial in March in Washington, D.C., accused by Special Counsel Jack Smith of election interference.

Trump began 2024 with an attack on Cheney, a key figure in the House investigation into his effort to hand on to power after losing the 2020 election to Joe Biden.

On Monday evening, Trump accused Liz Cheney, one of his biggest critics inside the Republican Party, of destroying evidence he needed to defend himself in court.

‘Why did American Disaster Liz Cheney, who suffers from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome), and was defeated for Congress by the largest margin for a sitting Congressman or Congresswoman in the history of our Country, ILLEGALLY DELETE & DESTROY most of the evidence, and related items, from the January 6th Committee of Political Thugs and Misfits,’ he posted on Truth Social, using his idiosyncratic use of capitalization.

‘THIS ACT OF EXTREME SABOTAGE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY LAWYERS TO PROPERLY PREPARE FOR, AND PRESENT, A PROPER DEFENSE OF THEIR CLIENT, ME.’

Cheney was one of only two Republicans who joined the Jan. 6 committee. She lost her Wyoming district in 2022 when she lost a primary to a Trump-endorsed candidate.

RELATED: Trump Says Liz Cheney’s ‘Act of Extreme Sabotage’ Has Made it ‘Impossible’ for His Attorneys to Fight Jack Smith’s Prosecution

Published January 2, 2024

Former President Donald Trump claimed on social media Monday that former Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney has made it “impossible” for his legal team to mount an adequate defense against special counsel Jack Smith’s prosecution.

Trump made the claim on Truth Social, where he claimed that Cheney had destroyed evidence that would prove his innocence regarding the Jan. 6 incursion at the U.S. Capitol.

“Why did American Disaster Liz Cheney, who suffers from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome), and was defeated for Congress by the largest margin for a sitting Congressman or Congresswoman in the history of our Country, ILLEGALLY DELETE & DESTROY most of the evidence, and related items, from the January 6th Committee of Political Thugs and Misfits,” he wrote (emphasis original, here and throughout).

“THIS ACT OF EXTREME SABOTAGE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY LAWYERS TO PROPERLY PREPARE FOR, AND PRESENT, A PROPER DEFENSE OF THEIR CLIENT, ME,” he added. “All of the information on Crazy Nancy Pelosi turning down 10,000 soldiers that I offered to to guard the Capitol Building, and beyond, is gone.

“The ridiculous Deranged Jack Smith case on Immunity, which the most respected legal minds in the Country say I am fully entitled to, is now completely compromised and should be thrown out and terminated, JUST LIKE THE RADICAL LEFT LUNATICS DID TO THE EVIDENCE!”

Cheney was, in fact, defeated by a healthy margin in the Wyoming Republican primary in August, losing to opponent Harriet Hageman by a margin of more than 2-to-1 according to official election results, but it wasn’t “the largest margin for a sitting Congressman or Congresswoman in the history of our County,” as Trump claimed.

That honor belongs to South Carolina Republican Bob Inglis, who lost a 2010 primary by 41 points to Trey Gowdy.

Donald Trump has claimed that former Wyoming Republican congresswoman Liz Cheney deleted evidence regarding the long debunked allegation that former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi turned down his request to bring in the National Guard ahead of the January 6 attack.

In a post on Truth Social, the former president also lashed out at Special Counsel Jack Smith as the federal prosecutor attempts to dismiss Trump’s move to cite absolute immunity to prevent federal prosecution over his alleged criminal attempts to remain in power after losing the 2020 election, as the allegations relate to the Republican’s time in the White House.

Trump, the frontrunner in the GOP primary, has pleaded not guilty to four charges in Smith’s federal probe and has long denied any wrongdoing with regards to the January 6 attack. Trump also accuses the investigation of being a politically motivated attempt to stop him winning the 2024 election.

For nearly three years, Trump and other GOP figures have tried to blame the riot at the Capitol on Pelosi by falsely suggesting she was in charge of security that day, or that she rejected an official request from Trump to bring in 10,000 National Guard troops on standby in case there was violence on January 6, 2021.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
