German judge lets 8 men who gang-raped girl walk free

An expert witness who testified before the Hamburg Regional Court suggested elsewhere that rape may be a means to vent migrants’ ‘frustration.’

A German court delivered its verdict Tuesday concerning those responsible for the barbaric September 2020 gang-rape of a 15-year-old German girl in the northern city of Hamburg.

Of the eleven men initially charged in relation to the gang-rape of the minor — only four of whom were technically German — two were acquitted. Nine were found guilty. Eight got probation, not exceeding two years. Only one is headed to prison.

There has been significant backlash following the release of eight convicted rapists, prompting officials to condemn critiques of the judgment, particularly those of an “anti-migrant” nature.

What’s the background?

Spiegel reported that the victim attended a party on the festival lawn in Hamburg’s over 350-acre city park on Sept. 19, 2020. Four of the men dragged the girl, then intoxicated, into a bush and raped her. One of the rapists added insult to grievous injury and stole her phone and wallet.

Two other men then joined in, raping the victim.

Eight men who gangraped a 15-year-old will walk free, after an expert made some eyebrow-raising suggestions.

Eight out of nine young men convicted of gang-raping a heavily intoxicated 15-year-old girl in a Hamburg city park will not face prison time, in a verdict that has sparked widespread outrage in Germany and threats against the judge and lawyers involved in the case.

Hamburg Regional Court last week sentenced a 19-year-old to a youth prison sentence of two years and nine months without parole, while youth sentences of one to two years’ probation, or so-called pre-parole, were imposed on eight men, Spiegel reported.

A tenth defendant was acquitted.

Berlin, Nov 29 (EFE). – The Association of Judges of Hamburg (northern Germany) on Wednesday strongly condemned the “unbearable harassment” of the judge who a day earlier sentenced the defendants in a case of gang rape of a minor.

“The Hamburg Judges’ Association, as the union of Hamburg judges and prosecutors, is appalled by the intolerable harassment of a colleague who, in this difficult case, fulfilled the task assigned to her by the Basic Law,” the statement said.

On Tuesday, the court sentenced several defendants, aged between 19 and 23, who had raped a 15-year-old girl in September 2020.

The men took advantage of the fact that the teenager showed significant symptoms of alcohol intoxication during a local festival.

The verdict, which came after a year-and-a-half trial, sparked controversy, with the judge receiving threatening online messages after the verdict was made public.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
