As we know, if the surface doesn’t cool by longwave radiation in the infrared spectrum, what radiation is there for plant food (CO2) to block, prevent or delay escaping the atmosphere?
CO2 concentration in the atmosphere do not change gravity, mass, pressure or convection either! More heat equals more convection (transport of energy, or heat, up in the atmosphere), or cooling.
On the other hand, more CO2 will also lead to more Oxygen in the atmosphere making the atmosphere even bigger with more mass and higher pressure something that will make the atmosphere even denser at the surface, that again will make radiative cooling even less possible.
Today all measurable energy transportation below the cloud cover is done via convection, a denser atmosphere will reduce that even more.
