No, unreliable “Green power” are not built and installed to produce energy, they are built and installed to produce money (subsidies) for the owners and the others involved.
In fact they can’t get their hands on the taxpayers money fast enough, now they even feel they need to circle back to remove some of their own red tape in order to get their disgusting, corrupt, communist, fat hands on other people’s money faster.
