So why is she allegedly ripping off her restaurant employees?
Biel — a Hollywood moonbat who pays lip service to social justice and championing the poor — is being sued for allegedly stealing $430,100 in tips from low-wage workers at the Los Angeles kids’ restaurant she co-owns.
Biel and her business partners at Au Fudge restaurant are accused of withholding almost a half a million dollars in tips and for stealing $31,459 in “missed rest breaks” from their employees.
Each of the private party customers who were doing the tipping thought the employees were getting the money.
Instead, according to the allegations, Biel and her partners pocketed the money
“Each of the plaintiffs had their gratuities wrongfully converted and were improperly denied meal and rest breaks, overtime compensation, and earned wages under various illegal payroll practices,” according to the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court this week.
It’s horrible when someone takes advantage of anyone.
But even more so, when it’s the people of whom Biel claims to be supportive.
But just like Hillary, it’s probably not her fault, someone else is to blame…
