In-N-Out Burger Restaurant Closing in Oakland, California Over Rampant Crime Problem

Published January 22, 2024

The city of Oakland, California is losing their only In-N-Out Burger restaurant due to the city’s ongoing crime problem. The restaurant is profitable, but they can’t deal with the constant armed robberies, car beak-ins and more.

Crime in Oakland has been on the rise for months on end. The city has a Soros-backed DA who is currently facing a recall effort.

This is a good reminder that crime has a very real effect on the quality of life in a community. When the criminals rule, everyone else suffers.

The FOX Business Network reports:

Oakland, California’s only In-N-Out restaurant closing due to crime

A Bay Area In-N-Out Burger location is going to be shutting its doors due to crime.

The restaurant is the only one in Oakland, California. The company told FOX Business that regular car break-ins, property damage, theft and armed robberies of customers and employees led to the decision to shut down.

“We are grateful for the local community, which has supported us for over 18 years, and we recognize that this closure negatively impacts our Associates and their families,” Chief Operating Officer Danny Warwick said in a statement. “Additionally, this location remains a busy and profitable one for the company, but our top priority must be the safety and wellbeing of our Customers and Associates – we cannot ask them to visit or work in an unsafe environment.”

The fast-food company said they have unsuccessfully taken “repeated steps” to deter crime and maximize safety.

The restaurant will close its doors at the end of March. Here’s a short video report:

RELATED: Gavin Newsom’s Laughable Dunk Follows His Policies Taking Out Another Great California Business

Published January 22, 2024

Gavin Newsom has destroyed another California business. The victim this time is Oakland’s first In-N-Out Burger location. The iconic and nationally lauded chain restaurant was started in The Golden State, but the effects of the current governance have proven too difficult to overcome.

According to the company’s official social media account, the decision was made due to “high crime activity” in the area, with a specific mention of car break-ins being a problem.

Customers aren’t going to show up at a restaurant where they are going to have their windows smashed in broad daylight. It’s just not sustainable for a business, and despite In-N-Out’s commitment to California, the realities of any given situation will always win out.

RELATED: ‘Real Time With Bill Maher’ Returns, Gavin Newsom Calls Out ‘Timidity’ Of Democratic Party

Published January 20, 2024

Real Time with Bill Maher returned for its 22nd season on HBO last night and featured a one-on-one interview with California Gov. Gavin Newsom, who explained why he debated Ron DeSantis, among other things.

First, Maher asked Newsom why he didn’t do any “jawboning” to help resolve the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA strikes sooner.

The late night host asked the politician why he didn’t just go to both sides and say, “You knuckleheads are going to find a number that you agree on at some point. It always happens, instead of putting these people out of work for all these months and all this suffering and heartache. Can we just get it done today?”

Newsom responded, “Well, we did all of that except the knucklehead part was expressed on multiple occasions, down here on many, many occasions.”

He said that involved “not only meeting with both sides, meeting with individuals, phone calls, text messages, emails, working behind the scenes, national groups, state groups. So it is all part of the art of the possible in the deal, in the context of not showing your cards and showing a bias upfront, so you can be constructive behind the scenes when both parties call you when you are needed.” He added that “sometimes you are more public, sometimes it is behind the scenes.”

Maher then mentioned the Fox News debate between Newsom and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis that was moderated by Sean Hannity, implying that Newsom prefers to keep the two political parties divided.

The HBO host said he “didn’t want to live in a civil war” and told Newsom, “You seem like you purposely want to set up this dichotomy between, ‘Oh, this is a blue state and that is a red state.’ And I don’t want to live in that. I like Florida.”

Newsom said he agrees with Maher and also likes Florida, but that he was not going to “sit back and watch” people trying “to bring us back to a pre-1960s world. America in reverse. Rolling back voting rights, LGBTQ rights, women’s rights. Not just access to abortion but contraception.”

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
