Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.
On Tuesday, Trump and his attorneys visited a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) to view classified material related to Jack Smith’s case ahead of Wednesday’s hearing, according to a leak to ABC News.
Judge Aileen Cannon last month paused litigation in Jack Smith’s classified documents case as she decides whether to grant Trump’s motion to extend deadlines related to classified material.
Last month Trump attorneys Chris Kise and Todd Blanche accused Jack Smith’s prosecutors of using dilatory tactics to slow-roll the discovery process and taking too long to turn over evidence. Blanche and Kise said the May trial date makes the schedule “unworkable,” according to the motion reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.
“On July 18, 2023, the Special Counsel’s Office represented to the Court that ‘all’ discovery would be available on ‘day one.’” Trump’s lawyers wrote last month.
Blanche and Kise also said Jack Smith’s Florida classified docs trial set for May 20 and his separate March 4 DC trial regarding Trump’s so-called effort to stop the transfer of power set for March 4 require “Trump and his lawyers to be in two places at once.”
“The March 4, 2023 trial date in the District of Columbia, and the underlying schedule in that case, currently require President Trump and his lawyers to be in two places at once,” Trump’s lawyers wrote, according to CBS News. “And, months after the Office’s representation to the Court, discovery is not complete in this case—including with respect to the classified documents at issue in more than 25% of the [Espionage Act] counts in the Superseding Indictment.”
Of course, this was Jack Smith’s plan all along. Make it impossible for Trump’s lawyers to navigate between Washington DC and Florida by scheduling court dates on top of each other.

Judge Cannon signaled she may postpone Trump’s trial. She also admonished one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors, according to Julie Kelly who attended Wednesday’s hearing.
Trump’s lawyers dropped bombshell revelations during the hearing on Wednesday, according to reporter Julie Kelly.
Julie Kelly attended the hearing in person on Wednesday. According to Kelly, Trump’s lawyers revealed:
- Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon they discovered a June 2023 letter asking DOE to remove Trump’s ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.” – A few weeks AFTER Smith handed down classified documents indictment.
- Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon this afternoon they have evidence that the Biden White House collaborated with NARA, DOJ, and intel agencies to determine which documents to include in Jack Smith’s indictment.
- Trove of evidence includes “years” worth of security footage from MAL
- Evidence of “extensive communications” between White House, NARA, intel agencies and DOJ/Jack Smith prior to the indictment to determine which classified files to include.
- Trump still had DOE security clearance related to at least one charged document as recently as June 2023.
- •Defense might include the Secret Service as a considered member of prosecution since they have their own security apparatus separate from MAL

President Biden has authorized the National Archives and Records Administration to hand over an eighth tranche of presidential records from the Trump White House to the House committee investigating the deadly Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
The new letter is in line with the Biden administration’s decision to err on the side of disclosure, given the gravity of the events in the Jan. 6 attack by a pro-Trump mob. The National Archives has already turned over hundreds of pages of documents to the committee, and the latest set contains approximately 23,000 emails and attachments.
The National Archives did remove some records from the batch after finding they were “not responsive” to the request, according to a letter from White House counsel Dana Remus. Some of the requested records, according to Remus, also have yet to be reviewed by the Archives.
“As to the remaining prioritized records, President Biden has considered the former president’s claims, and I have engaged in consultations with the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice. The President has determined that an assertion of executive privilege is not in the best interests of the United States, and therefore is not justified,” Remus writes.
Those documents are set to be delivered to the committee by May 26, according to a letter from Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall transmitting notice of the White House’s decision to Trump — two weeks before the start of the House committee’s public hearings.
It’s unclear what documents exactly will be included in the eighth batch of documents, but Trump has tried to assert privilege over daily presidential diaries, schedules, drafts of speeches, remarks and correspondence concerning the events of Jan. 6 as well as the files of his top advisers and lawyers, according to a review of court documents.

President Biden has reclassified all previously top secret documents former president Donald Trump once declassified. Using a similar technique used by the former president, Biden was able to re-classify hundreds of documents in a matter of moments.
The quick action by the president sent shockwaves through the MAGA community, who were told by the former president that there was nothing to worry about. Some angry supporters have vowed revenge by sending bad vibes toward the deep state.
This unprecedented action by the President took place at the White House on Aug. 11, 2022, at 4:16 PM, right after statements from the former president revealed he had declassified these top-secret documents by thinking about them. According to sources, the documents were reclassified by the President and later confirmed by the White House’s S.E.A.N.C.E. (Spiritual Edevours and Nonsensical Crap Eliminators) offices and the president himself.
The office of SEANCE has confirmed the moment Mr. Biden has re-classified the documents, as seen in the picture above. The parts in blue demostrate the exact moment the orders emanated from the president’s brain.
At one of Mr. Trump’s rallies, a MAGA member who wished to remain anonymous, Mrs. Lupita Denver, commented: “Biden is a liar, he can’t do that, and he is a copycat.”
Others affirmed that Mr. Biden doesn’t have the power to re-classify anything since, by law, as they claim, top secret documents can only be changed by mind power once, and only Mr. Trump has this mental power to do so. But this has yet to be confirmed. The association of Trump supporters (MAGA) representatives has declined an interview and further clarification.

The FBI gained access to Trump documents through a White House ‘special access request’

The Biden administration involved itself in the raid of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home despite reports that its officials were “stunned” to find out about the news on social media, according to the group America First Legal, which obtained internal government documents related to the raid through a Freedom of Information Act request.
“The evidence further suggests that Biden officials in the Executive Office of the President and the Department of Justice unlawfully abused their power and then lied about it to the American people,” said Reed D. Rubinstein, America First Legal senior counselor and director of oversight and investigations, in a post on social media Tuesday. “This government, it seems, acknowledges no limits on its power to harass, intimidate, and silence its political opponents.”
Rubinstein’s comments come after a Freedom of Information Act request by America First Legal found the FBI initially obtained access to Trump records through a “special access request” from the Biden White House.
The new information confirms Fox News reporting from August, when NARA acting head Debra Wall wrote a letter to Trump’s attorney alluding to the administration’s involvement.
