LEAK: New Hit Piece on Dan Scavino’s Meeting with Jack Smith in January 6 Case Drops Ahead of Trump Pitch to Appeals Court on Immunity Argument

Published January 7, 2024

Another day, another leak.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has uncovered new details about Trump’s so-called ‘inaction’ to stop the protestors on January 6 in a leak to ABC News ahead of Trump’s pitch to the appeals court on immunity claims.

President Trump told supporters on January 6 to “peacefully and patriotically” protest.

The new hit piece targets Trump’s senior advisor Dan Scavino.

“Special counsel Jack Smith’s team has uncovered previously undisclosed details about former President Donald Trump’s refusal to help stop the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol three years ago as he sat watching TV inside the White House, according to sources familiar with what Smith’s team has learned during its Jan. 6 probe.” ABC News reported.

Excerpt from ABC News:

Many of the exclusive details come from the questioning of Trump’s former deputy chief of staff, Dan Scavino, who first started working for Trump as a teenager three decades ago and is now a paid senior adviser to Trump’s reelection campaign. Scavino wouldn’t speak with the House select committee that conducted its own probe related to Jan. 6, but — after a judge overruled claims of executive privilege last year — he did speak with Smith’s team, and key portions of what he said were described to ABC News.

Sources said Scavino told Smith’s investigators that as the violence began to escalate that day, Trump “was just not interested” in doing more to stop it.

Sources also said former Trump aide Nick Luna told federal investigators that when Trump was informed that then-Vice President Mike Pence had to be rushed to a secure location, Trump responded, “So what?” — which sources said Luna saw as an unexpected willingness by Trump to let potential harm come to a longtime loyalist.

According to sources, when speaking with Smith’s team, Scavino recalled telling Trump in a phone call the night of Jan. 6: “This is all your legacy here, and there’s smoke coming out of the Capitol.”

Scavino hoped Trump would finally help facilitate a peaceful transfer of power, sources said.

The latest hit piece leaked to ABC News comes just two days before oral arguments for Trump’s immunity claims are brought to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Another former confidant of Donald Trump has defied the former president and opened up to federal prosecutors about the behind-the-scenes machinations on the day of the Capitol riot.

Dan Scavino, who served as Trump’s White House deputy chief of staff for communications, told the special counsel’s office about the former president’s anger toward the “stolen election” as the riot raged on Capitol Hill, ABC reported.

Scavino — who was ordered to supply testimony with a subpoena — was one of a handful of aides with direct access to Trump when the chaos erupted.

As the storming of the Capitol unfolded, Trump “was just not interested” in taking additional steps to curtail the riot, but was instead “very angry” at what he described as a stolen election, Scavino reportedly told investigators.

Scavino had first begun work with Trump as a teenager and quickly rose through the ranks to help manage Trump’s White House communications game.

While the riot took place, Trump gazed at the TV, silent at times, with his arms folded, Scavino reportedly told special counsel Jack Smith’s team.

That account seemingly corroborates much of what witnesses told the since-defunct House Select Jan. 6 Committee about Trump’s reticence to take action amid the ransacking of the Capitol.

Also speaking to investigators, another former Trump aide recalled Trump’s reaction to hearing that then-Vice President Mike Pence was taken to a secure location.

“So what?” he recounted Trump saying, per ABC.

Some of the rioters had chanted about hanging Pence. Trump, however, was peeved that his No. 2 didn’t decertify the election for him.

Not long after the riot erupted, Trump’s confidants urged him to respond.

At one point, they gave him some space. Soon afterward, a message appeared on his Twitter, now known as X account, suggesting that Pence “didn’t have the courage to do what should have been done.”

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
