President Donald Trump is continuing to make America great again, and if this report from an anonymous EPA staffer is true, the Trump administration just instructed the EPA to remove its global warming web page.
The Daily Caller reported:
“If the website goes dark, years of work we have done on climate change will disappear,” the staffer told Reuters Tuesday. The staffer was not authorized to speak to the media and claimed EPA employees were scrambling to save data on the website.
The EPA’s global warming webpage is currently still up as of Wednesday morning. The page contains some links to EPA’s data on carbon dioxide (CO2) as well as other greenhouse gas emissions and lists the effects the agency says global warming will have. The site doesn’t host much of the data, however, and only aggregates links to it.
EPA was ordered Tuesday to stop handing out grants for projects and research on global warming, air quality monitoring and education, and the agency instructed employees not to discuss the spending freeze outside the agency, according to anonymous leaks to multiple media outlets
TheWhite House global warming webpage was taken down seconds after President Donald Trump formally took office. The link for Obama’s old global warming webpage currently redirects to a Trump transition webpage.
The White House energy policy page currently doesn’t reference either global warming or climate change, but what it does discuss says a great deal. The page notes the administration’s intention to push for “An America First Energy Plan,” and goes on to explain that “President Trump is committed to eliminating harmful and unnecessary policies such as the Climate Action Plan and the Waters of the U.S. rule.”
Poor environmentalists have apparently been so terrified that their propaganda would be removed by the Trump administration that they, according to The Daily Caller, went so far as to try and create backups of their National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration temperature data. As TheDC noted, there has been little indication that Trump has any intention of deleting government data, but leftists are living in their own hysterical and irrational world.
This is not going to be a business-as-usual administration, as we’ve already seen, and it is no wonder that leftists are terrified that their radical agenda is about to be demolished piece by piece.
The man-made global warming hoax is finally giving way to common-sense, America-first policies, and that is a very welcome change.
