Trump attorney Alina Habba WENT OFF after the crooked New York City court slapped President Trump with an $83 million judgment for speaking out against the disgusting lies of a crazed woman who said he lured her into a Bergdorf Goodman store some 25 or 30 years ago and raped her in a dressing room where they were trying on lingerie. The entire story lacks credulity and is like something from a Law and Order sketch.
Today, the crooked court ordered President Trump to pay E. Jean Carroll $83 million for something he said about this crazy woman back when he was president in 2019. Free speech is no longer allowed in this country, especially for Republican lawmakers, Trump supporters, and conservative journalists.
Alina Habba was also regularly abused by Clinton Judge Lewis Kaplan during the trial. On Friday, the far-left judge threatened to jail Habba for speaking in court!
Attorney Alina Habba: Ladies and gentlemen, you are not allowed to be stripped of every defense that you have. You are not allowed to be told that you can’t bring it up. And imagine a point where a judge tells the lawyer before your client, the former President of the United States, the leading candidate and obvious nominee for the Republican Party, before he takes the stand to defend himself. Ms. Haba, tell me the questions you’re going to ask in open court and tell me exactly what he’s going to respond. And then edited my questions, edited the response he was allowed to give.
And guess what my client did? He took the stand. He abided by the rules of this corrupt system that I have seen.
We will immediately appeal. We will set aside that ridiculous jury. And I just want to remind you all of one thing. I will continue with President Trump to fight for everybody’s first Amendment right to speak. Everybody’s a right to defend themselves when they are wrongfully accused. And to be able to say, I didn’t do it, and to double and triple and quadruple down and say, this is wrong. This is wrong. We are in the state of New York. We are in a New York jury. And that is why we are seeing these witch hunts, these hoaxes, as he calls them, and this is another one of them be brought in New York, in states where they know they will get juries like this.

“Apparently, the judge told the courtroom, no one in the courtroom is to say anything. There were apparently some counsel objections. From which side? I assume it was Trump’s side. “No interruptions, no audible comments,” is the quote from the judge. Then, the plaintiff and the defense were talking about certain tweets not in evidence, possibly to share with the jury. The judge ruled that they are not going to use a certain slide that shows the tweets. And then Trump’s attorney Alina Habba tried stating that something, “Just need to state something for the record.” The judge interrupted and said, “You are on the verge of spending some time in the lockout.”
JUST IN: Donald Trump just got up and walked out of the courtroom as E. Jean Carroll’s attorney started making her closing argument.
The rogue judge also threatened to throw Trump lawyer Alina Habba in jail.

During the closing argument made by lawyer Roberta Kaplan, who represents writer E. Jean Carroll, U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan paused to officially note that Trump “stood up and left the courtroom.”

President Donald Trump released a fiery statement on his Truth Social platform on Friday.
This comes after his abrupt walkout from the New York City courtroom, where the E. Jean Carroll defamation case is being heard.
The case took an unexpected turn when Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, reportedly threatened Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, with jail time and denied a request to refute sexual abuse allegations.
The courtroom witnessed tense moments earlier. Judge Kaplan mandated silence, stating, “No interruptions, no audible comments,” following some objections, presumably from Trump’s legal team.
The debate over the admissibility of certain tweets and a slide showing these tweets escalated, with the judge ultimately ruling against their use.
Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, tried stating that they “Just needs to state something for the record.” The judge interrupted and said, “You are on the verge of spending some time in the lockout. Now sit!”
Trump expressed outrage over the judge’s refusal to allow the inclusion of an Anderson Cooper interview with Carroll and other things which would exonerate him. He accused Judge Kaplan of denying him his constitutional right to due process.
In a statement Trump wrote on Truth Social, “Judge Kaplan refuses to allow the Anderson Cooper Interview on CNN of E. Jean Carroll wherein Carroll says, “Rape is sexy,” and numerous other things that totally exonerate me. Judge Kaplan is refusing me my Constitutional Right to Due Process, to defend myself against this False Accusation. This is a one-sided trial, where the other side is allowed everything, and we are allowed nothing. He is an extremely abusive individual, the likes of which few have seen before!”
Trump’s series of posts on Truth Social following the incident were scathing.
He lambasted Judge Kaplan, labeling the judicial process as corrupt and a “Biden Demanded Witch Hunt.” He criticized the bifurcation of the trial into two parts, alleging unfair treatment and a bias in evidence admission.
