As President Joe Biden’s immigration crisis overwhelms the United States and wreaks havoc on the state’s resources, confidential documents suggest the president’s open border policies were intentional.
The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) filed a lawsuit against Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), claiming the agency halted the 287(g) program, which assists in the deportation of illegal migrant child rapists, attempted murderers, assailants, carjackers, and other known criminals.
In August 2023, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) revealed that the government ended the program in January 2021— right after Biden entered office. However, the compromised agency gave no reason why the government did that.
The 287(g) program allows local law enforcement agencies to work closely with ICE to capture illegal aliens who have committed crimes. They were then able to turn the migrants over to federal officials for arrest and deportation.
“It is ironic that the Biden administration insists it is ‘the most transparent in history’ when, in reality, it has repeatedly attempted to change immigration laws without congressional authorization and then tried to hide the evidence of its misdeeds from the American public,” IRLI Director of Investigations Matt O’Brien said.

Since this move took place, the Biden regime struck back, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to get involved.

The Texas National Guard is using riot shields to protect themselves from illegals attempting to cross the border through the razor wire barrier. Some succeed in getting through while posing a danger to the Guardsmen. One was almost hit in the head by a rock thrown by an illegal.

President Biden once again refused to call the chaos plaguing America’s southern border a crisis on Saturday, insisting that he’s “been pushing for fundamental change” there.
“I wish they would react,” Biden said of Republicans in Congress. “I’ve been pushing them — my Republican colleagues — since I got into office. I think we have to make major changes at the border.”
Senate negotiators continue to butt heads over border security measures tied to a major $106 billion bill that would also include military aid for Ukraine and Israel.
Among major concerns still lingering are changes to the United States asylum system as well as immigration parole policy.
Earlier this week, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) met with Biden to discuss border security and encouraged him to use executive authority to secure the southern border.
