Trump Georgia prosecutor paid for trips with Fulton County DA, documents show

Published January 19, 2024

A special prosecutor in former President Trump’s Georgia criminal case paid for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) to accompany him on flights to San Francisco and Miami as the office investigated Trump, the prosecutor’s wife alleged in their ongoing divorce case on Friday.

The documents include bank statements that appear to show special prosecutor Nathan Wade’s purchases of multiple flights for him and Willis in the months before they charged Trump, his fourth indictment. An attorney for Wade’s wife accused the duo of being in a romantic relationship.

One of Trump’s co-defendants made the same accusation last week, asserting that the allegations have rendered the sweeping racketeering indictment “fatally defective.”

The accusations have given new fodder to attacks on the prosecution from Republicans as well as Trump and his co-defendants, although it remains unclear that it will impact the former president’s case.

Last week, Willis was subpoenaed in the ongoing divorce case between Wade and his wife, Joycelyn, which began in 2021. Willis is now attempting to avoid sitting for a deposition, and Friday’s documents were filed as a response to the district attorney’s efforts.

“Defendant seeks to depose Ms. Willis in order to determine details surrounding her romantic affair with Plaintiff, as there appears to be no reasonable explanation for their travels apart from a romantic relationship,” Andrea Hastings, an attorney for Joycelyn Wade, wrote in the documents, which were obtained by The Hill.

Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) dismissed Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) request to criminally investigate Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for corruption, exclusively telling Breitbart News on Thursday that Greene should “refer her complaint” to the state’s oversight committee.

Kemp’s failure to act means Willis will be able to continue interfering in the 2024 presidential election by prosecuting former President Donald Trump.

Greene filed a complaint last week against Willis and her top prosecutor, Nathan Wade, seeking the dismissal of the charges against Trump:

Nathan Wade had an “improper” relationship with Willis, according to allegations.
Willis and Wade reportedly met with the Biden administration before indicting Trump in August, raising questions about whether the White House coordinated the Trump prosecution.
Infuriating conservatives, Kemp dismissed Greene’s complaint and urged the congresswoman to refile it with an oversight committee. State law, he said, has a process to handle county prosecutors’ disciplinary actions.

“The Congresswoman has every right to refer her complaint to the oversight commission once the legislative process concludes this session and the commission begins full operations,” a Kemp spokesperson told Breitbart News. “Just last year, the Georgia General Assembly laid out a specific oversight process for district attorneys that is transparent and unbiased, which the governor supported and signed into law.”

The state’s oversight committee operates like a disciplinary commission with the power to remove county prosecutors from public office. As with all committees, they move very slowly. Time is of the essence, according to Greene, because Willis’s prosecution is drying up Trump and fellow codefendants’ resources.

Kemp, who vacationed in Davos with global elites on Tuesday, said the allegations against Willis are serious and “jeopardize” confidence in the state’s legal system.

“These allegations are deeply troubling and evidence should be presented quickly,” the spokesperson added. “Georgians must have confidence in our legal system and its procedures, and these allegations — in addition to the lack of direct response from District Attorney Willis — jeopardize that confidence.”

RELATED: MTG files criminal complaint against Fani Willis and ‘secret lover’ prosecuting Trump case

Published January 11, 2024

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has filed a criminal misconduct complaint against Fani Willis over allegations Willis had an “improper” relationship with a special prosecutor she hired to lead the election interference case against Donald Trump in Georgia.

In the complaint filed Wednesday, Greene (R-Ga.) requested an inquiry into the Fulton County district attorney regarding her alleged “secret boyfriend” Nathan Wade, the prosecutor representing her office in the former president’s case.

“I just sent a criminal referral requesting an immediate investigation into Fani Willis and her alleged secret boyfriend, Nathan Wade, to Gov. Brian Kemp and AG Chris Carr,” Greene, a staunch supporter of Trump, wrote on X.

“Georgians are sick and tired of Fani using her office to go after Joe Biden’s top political opponent rather than going after real crime in Georgia.”

In her letter to Kemp and Georgia AG Carr, Greene urged an investigation into the allegations that Willis “illegally hired her secret boyfriend” to work on an “unprecedented, complex, and partisan” investigation into Trump and others.

Greene repeated claims that Willis may have financially benefited by hiring her alleged romantic partner as special prosecutor amid accusations that the two have traveled together to destinations such as the Napa Valley and the Caribbean.

“This is part of Fani Willis’ unlawful partisan pattern, through her words and deeds, to illegally politicize and weaponize her public office to wage lawfare against President Trump for the purpose of interfering in the 2024 presidential election,” Greene wrote.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
