Who is Humberto Acosta? El Paso Judge orders release of Migrants involved in Riot at Rio Grande Texas Border

Published April 1, 2024

On Easter Sunday, presiding magistrate judge Humberto Acosta, issued an oder for the release of migrants who were allegedly involved in a “border riot” that occurred after a throng overran National Guard forces along the Rio Grande.

During an online teleconference bond hearing on Sunday, March 31, Acosta rendered his decision. He accused that the El Paso District Attorney’s office of not being prepared to move forward with detention hearings for each defendant. On Monday, there will likely be another hearing for additional accused.

Court authorities stated that if a federal immigration hold prevents an unauthorized immigrant from being released, they would remain in jail.

Remember when a horde of illegal immigrants rioted at the southern border, clashing with National Guard troops in El Paso, Texas? They were arrested and charged shortly after the incident. It seemed as if at least some of these individuals would be facing some serious jail time.

But, it’s 2024, and nothing makes sense anymore.

A judge decided to grant these individuals a generous Easter president, ordering their release. Why? Because the district attorney’s office wasn’t ready to proceed with detention hearings for the defendants.

An El Paso magistrate judge on Easter Sunday ordered the release of migrants accused in a “border riot” when a stampede overwhelmed National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.

Court officials noted that undocumented migrants will stay jailed if there is a federal immigration hold blocking their release.

Presiding Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta made his ruling on Sunday, March 31, during an online teleconference bond hearing where he accused the El Paso District Attorney’s Office of not being ready to proceed with detention hearings for each defendant. Another hearing for more defendants is expected Monday.

“It is the ruling of the court that all the rioting participation cases will be released on their own recognizance,” Acosta ordered.

The incident in question occurred on March 21, 2024, when a group of more than 300 illegal immigrants tried to rush a border fence to gain entry into the country. Dozens of these individuals ripped away razor wire that had been put in place to discourage those from trying to enter the country illegally.

Judge in El Paso, Texas, on Sunday ordered the release of migrants accused of being involved in a “border riot” that overwhelmed National Guard troops along the Rio Grande earlier this month, according to a local media report.

Videos shared on social media showed a “riot” of asylum seekers attempting to illegally enter the United States from Mexico at the El Paso border on March 21. A reporter who documented the scene described the Texas National Guard as being “overrun by migrants” who pushed their way past a border fence and the soldiers before the situation was controlled.

Crossings at the southwest land border in Texas totaled 68,260 in January, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection data—a drop from the 149,806 migrants who entered in December, but still among the highest rates in the country. In response to the surge, Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other conservative officials have attempted to enact their own immigration laws that would allow for the arrest, detainment and removal of suspected illegal immigrants. However, those efforts continue to be litigated.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
