Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce lawyer, Terrence Bradley, was back on the stand on Tuesday after Judge McAfee said he is not protected by attorney-client privilege, and his testimony gives more evidence that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade lied on the stand about their relationship.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Earlier this month, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were subpoenaed to testify at an evidentiary hearing thanks to a lawsuit filed by Trump’s RICO co-defendant Michael Roman.
Judge Scott McAfee said Fani Willis may be disqualified from Trump’s RICO case over her improper relationship with top Nathan Wade.
Both Willis and Wade were on the same page when they testified earlier this month that they met at Willis’s home no more than ten times and started a relationship AFTER he was appointed to lead the Trump election interference case. However, The Gateway Pundit reported on Saturday that the attorneys for Trump and Roman geo-tracked Nathan Wade and found that Wade likely made at least 35 visits to Fani’s home BEFORE he was appointed to lead the case. They also discovered that the two exchanged over 2,000 voice calls and almost 12,000 text messages in the 11 months of January to November 2021 before Nathan Wade was hired.

In case you’ve not been following the ongoing Fani Willis saga in Fulton County closely, the DA, who took it upon herself to prosecute former President Donald Trump and several associates on state RICO charges over alleged election interference in 2020, has now come under fire for having a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, the attorney she hired to lead the prosecution.
Both Willis and Wade have testified in a multi-day hearing before Judge Scott McAfee, who’s being asked by several of the defendants (including Trump) to determine whether the pair should be disqualified from the case. Neither one of them acquitted themselves well.
On Tuesday, Wade’s former law partner and divorce lawyer, Terrance Bradley, took the stand to testify and didn’t exactly help their cause. Following an in camera (private) meeting with Bradley and his attorney on Monday, Judge McAfee ruled that portions of Bradley’s communications with Wade were not protected by attorney-client privilege and, thus, he could be called to testify.
At issue was the timing of Wade and Willis’ relationship — specifically, when it actually began. Both Wade and Willis testified it began in 2022 after she’d already hired him (in November 2021), whereas Willis’ former friend, Robin Yeartie, testified she was certain it had begun in 2019.
In a text exchange with defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant (who represents Trump co-defendant Michael Roman), Bradley had previously responded “absolutely” when asked if he believed Wade and Willis were already romantically involved before she hired him as the special prosecutor. On Tuesday, Bradley took to hemming and hawing over things.

Fani Willis wearing her dress backwards was the least of her worries while on the stand answering to ethics complaints in Fulton County, Ga., last week. Willis’ dress punctuated the absurdity of the story the sashaying DA tried to peddle. She spun yarns to explain why she did nothing wrong because she paid in cash.
If you saw this slow-motion train crash, you know Willis didn’t help her cause as she tried to prove that she wasn’t misusing her office to prosecute Trump. Her father, who batted cleanup the next day, whiffed it.
Even worse news? Most people who saw her performance thought that the woman who had a horrible 50th birthday, as Fani told us on the witness stand, wasn’t telling the truth about anything.
