BIDENOMICS: Home Foreclosures Rising Nationwide – By 50 Percent or More in Some States

Published March 21, 2024

In another sign that Biden is leading the country to ruin, home foreclosures are rising across the nation.

Some states are handling the problem better than others, which is to be expected, but the simple explanation for this is that more and more people are struggling to afford the cost of living. Biden is ruining people’s lives.

Does anyone remember this even being an issue under Trump?

The FOX Business Network reports:

Home foreclosures are soaring nationwide – and rising fastest in these 5 states

Home foreclosures rose again in February as Americans continue to grapple with the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.

That is according to a new report published by real estate data provider ATTOM, which found that there were 32,938 properties in February with foreclosure filings, which includes default notices, scheduled auctions and bank repossessions. That marks an 8% increase from the prior year, although it is down 1% from the previous month.

“The annual uptick in U.S. foreclosure activity hints at shifting dynamics within the housing market,” said ATTOM CEO Rob Barber. “These trends could signify evolving financial landscapes for homeowners, prompting adjustments in market strategies and lending practices.”…

Housing affordability is the worst it has been in decades, thanks to a spike in home prices and mortgage rates. Combined, the two have helped to push the typical salary required nationwide for homeownership up to $106,500 — a stunning 61% increase from the $59,000 required just four years ago, according to Zillow.

RELATED: ‘Bidenomics’ has ‘hurt’ more voters, and Trump ‘helped’ them

Published March 21, 2024

People have long memories when it comes to their wallets. And that appears good for former President Donald Trump, but not President Joe Biden.

As sticky inflation holds and prices on grocery shelves and at the pump rise, voters are recalling how good they had it before “Bidenomics.”

In the latest Rasmussen Reports survey of voters shared with Secrets on Thursday, many feel that Bidenomics has “hurt” them while Trump’s policies nudged them higher.

The survey, composed of 35% Democrats, 33% Republicans, and 32% independents, found that most, by a 48%-37% margin, believed that Biden’s economic policies are “worse” than Trump’s. On that question, 26% of Democrats and 36% of black people agreed that Biden’s are worse.

Even more voters overall, 49%, said Bidenomics has “hurt” them personally, while just 28% said it has “helped” them. Another 21% shrugged no difference. Here, 41% of black people feel Biden has hurt them, and 26% of Democrats agreed.

In a follow-up question, voters were asked about Trump’s economic policies and if they recall whether they helped or hurt them, a version of the 1980 question from challenger Ronald Reagan about whether voters felt better off after four years of former President Jimmy Carter’s economic policies.

Americans For Prosperity hosted a Bidenomics event at Charley’s Restaurant in Lynchburg to highlight and discuss the impacts President Biden’s budget and spending have had on inflation and the US economy.

AFP leaders and Republican elected officials spoke at the event. Tyler Turner with AFP kicked off the event by sharing a few statistics.

“62 percent of Americans say they are living paycheck to paycheck,” Turner said.

He said Biden’s economic policies have contributed to the rise in inflation.

“Wages have not kept up with inflation. Inflation hourly adjusted wages are actually down two percent,” Turner said.

Delegate Wendell Walker also spoke about the increase in taxes.

“Well in this coming year, with taxation being proposed, it’s going to be over 600 million dollars just in your utility taxes,” Walker said.

And Walker said folks will have to choose options that they can afford, not what they want.

“I can tell you it’s going to be a hard-fought battle for both Trump and Biden,” says Rayni Taylor, a union steel worker, adding that “a lot of the common folk” are downbeat on the economy.

Bethlehem Steel was once a symbol of American manufacturing might, the output of its blast furnaces used in the construction of the Empire State Building and the Golden Gate Bridge. Based in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, it was the world’s second-largest steelmaker at its peak, employing thousands across the region until production ended in the late 1990s.

Two decades on, reviving US industry is a core focus of the presidential election — and Northampton is a bellwether county in a swing state that will help decide the outcome.

President Joe Biden is basing his campaign for re-election on his landmark push to rebuild US manufacturing with a focus on creating future-oriented jobs in clean energy and high-tech industries. His goal is to showcase his record and translate that into votes in places like Northampton County and the wider Lehigh Valley that was long famous for its heavy industry.

Interviews with residents suggest the president has work to do.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
