BREAKING: Supreme Court Issues Major Ruling on Voter Fraud in OH

If Democrats want Ohio in Hillary Clinton’s column tomorrow, they’ll have to steal it the old-fashioned way.

SCOTUSblog reports that the U.S. Supreme Court has denied the Ohio Democrat Party’s request to block Donald Trump’s presidential campaign from allegedly “intimidating” voters at the polls.

Interestingly, even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a judicial activist and avowed Trump critic, went along with the decision, and wrote a brief statement explaining that it was unnecessary for the Court to intervene because actual voter intimidation is already illegal under Ohio law.

Democrats filing unnecessary legal petitions about things the law already takes care of just to score political points? You don’t say…

And yes, everything about the Ohio Dems’ stunt was unnecessary. The Washington Times reports (emphasis added):

But in an order issued Sunday, a three-judge panel from the Cincinnati-based 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals stayed the lower court ruling, concluding that the Ohio Democratic Party “did not demonstrate before the district court a likelihood of success on the merits, and that all of the requisite factors weigh in favor of granting the stay.”

Democrats have filed similar lawsuits in Arizona, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Michigan.

Federal courts have already rejected claims filed in Arizona, Nevada and New Jersey.

Following a Monday hearing in the North Carolina lawsuit, the Associated Press reported that U.S. District Judge Catherine Eagles did not find evidence that Republicans and presidential candidate Donald Trump wanted supporters to intimidate North Carolina minority voters. However, the federal judge said she will keep an eye on what happens Tuesday and could consider sanctions there appears to be evidence of a coordinated effort to turn away voters in minority neighborhoods.

It’s no wonder why Democrats would want to pull out all the stops in meddling with tomorrow’s vote — the RealClearPolitics polling average for Ohio currently suggests a narrow Trump win there.

But now is not the time for conservatives to get overconfident. From extra credit for voting and non-citizen voters to dead voters and missing ballots, we’ve seen that the Left has all sorts of dirty tricks and underhanded tactics they hope will rig the election in their favor.

Be sure to keep any eye out for anything suspicious you may see at your own polling places tomorrow, and equip yourselves with the contact information to report it, which the American Center for Law and Justice has helpfully compiled here.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
