South Africans don’t know how to deal with conflict. This finding was revealed on day two of the Crime Stats briefing by SAPS top brass to Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Police. Today MPs had an opportunity to respond to the statistics and interrogate SAPS on their fight against crime
