A few things Dems. are to shallow to grasp. James Comey didn’t PERSONALLY investigate President Trump, he was the head of the FBI .. and even if he was President Trump could still fire him.

Democrats are really becoming desperate to delegitimize President Trump.
They’ve abandoned Russia collusion theories for the time-being, and have moved onto outrageous “obstruction of justice” claims.
The left is now claiming that Trump fired James Comey to disrupt the Russia investigation, therefore resulting in “obstruction,” but as Dershowitz points out, it’s a weak case and will get nowhere.
Dershowitz also points out that the president was completely within his jurisdiction in firing Comey, and also has the power tell the Director of the FBI who to investigate, who not to investigate.
