Donald Trump was stony-faced as he arrived in a New York courtroom on Tuesday to face off with his archnemesis, lawyer Michael Cohen.
It is the first time two will be seen in the same room since their relationship deteriorated as Cohen is set to take the stand for his highly anticipated testimony against the former president in his civil case in New York.
The former attorney, 57, was seen leaving his Park Avenue apartment Tuesday morning and heading to New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan for the fourth week of proceedings in the $250million fraud trial.
‘This is about accountability, plain and simple,’ Cohen told reporters as he entered the courthouse, adding that it was up to the judge to make any determinations in the case.

Michael Cohen is expected to face down his former boss Donald Trump in a Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday when he takes the stand in the New York attorney general’s $250 million fraud lawsuit against the ex-president.
Cohen told The Post that he wasn’t afraid to confront Trump, 77, at the 60 Centre St. courthouse, adding he’d be arriving around 10 a.m. and would be the second witness called by the AG’s lawyers on Tuesday.
“As to Donald’s presence in the courtroom, it will not affect me either way,” he said Monday.
A source close to Trump said the 45th president was also expected to arrive at around 10 a.m.
It’ll be his third stint in Manhattan Supreme Court since trial over Attorney General Letitia James’ suit began on Oct. 2.
The 2024 Republican presidential frontrunner — who has maintained his innocence and blasted the case as a politically-motivated witchhunt — attended two days last week and three on the first week of trial.
The trial went on hiatus Monday due to COVID exposures on both sides, sources said.
Cohen — Trump’s former personal attorney and “fixer” — will take the stand after the ex-president’s attorneys wrap up their cross-examination of William “Bill” Kelly, general counsel for Mazars USA.

Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen, who was once Trump’s confidant and self-described “fixer,” is set to return to a courtroom in New York as the star witness in the former president’s $250 million civil fraud trial.
Cohen spent a decade in Trump’s inner circle before becoming ensnared in his own legal problems, resulting in prison time and disbarment — during which time he flipped to become one of Trump’s most vocal critics.
Trump is expected to attend the trial on Tuesday, which would likely mark the first time they’ve seen each other in person in five years.
“It appears that I will be reunited with my old client @realDonaldTrump when I testify this Tuesday, October 24th at the @NewYorkStateAG civil fraud trial. See you there!” Cohen wrote on Twitter, now known as X, on Friday.
Cohen’s testimony could also provide an opportunity for him to come full circle. His 2019 congressional testimony claiming that Trump inflated his net worth led New York attorney general Letitia James to open her investigation into the former president.
