WASHINGTON — A third attorney who falsely claimed the 2020 election was stolen from former President Donald Trump by fraud flipped Tuesday and agreed to cooperate in the Georgia criminal case against the ex-commander-in-chief — saying she had “deep remorse” for her actions.

Jenna Ellis, 38, tearfully said she “failed” to do “due diligence” about fraud claims pushed by Trump, 77, in swing states including Georgia — where President Biden beat Trump by fewer than 12,000 votes. She joined former Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro in also pleading guilty.

“I relied on others, including lawyers with many more years of experience than I, to provide me with true and reliable information, especially since my role involved speaking to the media and to legislators in various states,” Ellis told Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee in court.

“What I did not do, but should have done your honor, was to make sure that the facts the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true. In the frenetic pace of attempting to raise challenges to the election in several states, including Georgia, I failed to do my due diligence.”

RELATED: A Tearful Jenna Ellis Pleads Guilty in Georgia Election Case in Exchange For Reduced Charges – Forced to Pen Apology Letter in Struggle Session

Published October 24, 2023

Trump attorney Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty in Fani Willis’ Georgia election case in exchange for reduced charges.

Ellis is the fourth co-defendant and third attorney to plead guilty in the Georgia election case. Not one defendant has pleaded guilty to RICO charges.

Marxist Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis previously hit President Trump and 18 others with RICO and conspiracy charges for daring to challenge the 2020 election.

A Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment which included RICO and conspiracy charges against Trump.

Jenna Ellis is one of the many lawyers being persecuted by Fani Willis for the “crime” of practicing law.

Ellis was charged with counts 1 (RICO) and 2 (Solicitation of Violation of Oath by Public Officer) for attending a Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.

A tearful Ellis, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings on Tuesday. She did not plead guilty to the RICO charge.

As part of her plea deal, Ellis was sentenced to 5 years probation, ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, serve 100 hours of community service and pen an apology letter to the people of Georgia in a Mao struggle session.

RELATED: Ex-Trump Attorney Jenna Ellis Pleads Guilty In Georgia Election Case

Published October 24, 2023

Former Trump 2020 campaign attorney Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty Tuesday to one charge against her in Fulton County, Georgia, where Ellis and 18 others are being tried for their efforts to overturn the 2020 election—marking the fourth person to accept a plea deal in a sweeping criminal case that includes former President Donald Trump as a defendant.

Ellis pleaded guilty to one count of “aiding and abetting false statements and writings.”

In exchange for avoiding a jury trial, Ellis agreed to complete five years of probation, pay $5,000 in restitution to the Georgia Secretary of State, complete 100 hours of community service and write an apology letter to the state of Georgia.

Ellis is also prohibited from contacting members of the media or any of the co-defendants in the case.

In the original indictment, Ellis was charged with one count of racketeering and one count of soliciting members of the Georgia Senate to violate their oaths of office by falsely declaring Trump—not President Joe Biden—the winner in the state.

Ellis pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting attorney Rudy Giuliani and Ray Stallings Smith in “knowingly, willfully, and unlawfully” making false statements to members of the Georgia Senate, including falsely claiming tens of thousands of illegal votes were tallied in the state’s tight 2020 presidential contest.

Ellis spoke briefly at Tuesday’s hearing and said if she knew what she did today, she would decline to represent Trump.

WHAT WE DON’T KNOW

As part of Ellis’ plea agreement, she could cooperate with Willis’ efforts to prosecute the other defendants. It’s unclear what information she provided and what evidence she could have against the other defendants, who include Trump, attorney Rudy Giuliani, former chief of staff Mark Meadows and other key figures.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
