The Denver Police Department ‘is providing extra patrols around justice’s residences’

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Denver Police Department are investigating threats made against Colorado Supreme Court justices who ruled that former President Trump is prohibited from appearing on the state’s ballots in next year’s presidential election.

A spokesperson for Denver police confirmed to Fox News Digital that it is “currently investigating incidents directed at Colorado Supreme Court justices and will continue working with our local, state and federal law enforcement partners to thoroughly investigate any reports of threats or harassment.”

The spokesperson would not provide details of these probes due to the “open investigations and safety and privacy considerations.”

Denver police are “providing extra patrols around justice’s residences in Denver and will provide additional safety support if/as requested” in response to the threats against the justices who ruled last week that the insurrection clause under the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment applied to Trump for his actions surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, the spokesperson said.

This comes after an analysis by nonpartisan research nonprofit Advance Democracy showed “significant violent rhetoric” online from Trump supporters targeting the justices and Democrats in the aftermath of the court’s decision, according to NBC News.

The names of the four justices who ruled to disqualify Trump from the 2024 ballot have appeared frequently in posts on pro-Trump online forums, which have included calls to disclose the judges’ personal information.

Some posts on these forums have featured calls for the justices and Trump’s opponents to be killed by guns, hangings or bombs, and some told their followers to stock up on weapons and proposed a civil war against Democrats.

One post urged Trump supporters to “behead judges” and “slam dunk a judge’s baby into the trash can” while another said, “this ends when we kill these f—ers.”

RELATED: Trump Will ‘Either Be on the Ballot Everywhere or Nowhere’: Minnesota Secretary of State

As several groups attempt to block President Trump from state ballots, the official believes the Supreme Court will make a ruling on the matter.

Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon predicts former President Donald Trump to either be on ballots in every state across America or be absent everywhere in the aftermath of the Colorado Supreme Court decision to ban the candidate from the state’s ballot.

“We’re never going to have a situation in this country where one or some cluster of states decides that Donald Trump is not on the ballot and everyone else decides he is,” Mr. Simon said in a Dec. 23 interview with MSNBC. “He will either be on the ballot everywhere or nowhere. And the US Supreme Court is going to make sure of that. So they will take the case. There’s no question in my mind, just for the sake of national uniformity. And that means we’re going to have resolution. We’re going to have clarity here.”

However, there are “so many different ways” for the U.S. Supreme Court to approach and resolve the matter, he stated.

“There are multiple off-ramps for them, for example, to decide the case without deciding the ultimate issue, which is did Donald Trump engage in or help in insurrection. They don’t have to decide that. There are a number of ways they can dispose of the case and get an outcome without deciding that question.”

The Minnesota Secretary of State raised the possibility that the U.S. Supreme Court may not decide on the issue and could instead return the case to Colorado, asking they develop a factual record “a bit more,” add more testimony, or add more due process.

“A lot of states are in wait and see mode. This is the canary in the coal mine,” he said. “This is the case that’s headed, we know, almost certainly to the US Supreme Court.”

RELATED: ‘Unprecedented rise’ in threats to public officials, top DOJ bureaucrat says

Published December 25, 2023

Law enforcement is having to contend with a spike in threats to elected and judicial officials — as well as against their own number, the Justice Department’s top national security official warned Sunday.

Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco told ABC’s “This Week” that investigators were monitoring “an unprecedented rise in threats to public officials across the board.

“Law enforcement agents, prosecutors, judges, election officials,” she told reporter Pierre Thomas. “And we are seeing that and responding to it.”

“Just this week, just this week, Pierre, we’ve had cases involving threats to kill FBI agents, a Supreme Court justice and three presidential candidates,” Monaco added.

Last week, a New Hampshire man was indicted on charges of texting death threats to a trio of White House contenders.

Days earlier, a Florida man pleaded guilty to one count related to threats against Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts.

Monaco explained that she receives so-called “urgent reports” from US attorneys across the country detailing the threats.

“Many of these reports and these threats, or tips, are resolved without incident. But many also develop into investigations. And today as we sit here, the FBI has opened more than 100 investigations coming out of those reports,” she said.

Monaco’s warning followed testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month by FBI Director Christopher Wray, during which he said he sees “blinking lights everywhere” warning of potential terror attacks.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
