Israel says that Palestinians overwhelmed aid trucks and panicking Gazan drivers drove into the crowd as Hamas accuses the IDF of killing 104 people by opening fire in a ‘massacre’ near Gaza City.

Israeli sources confirmed troops opened fire at ‘several people’ after feeling threatened by crowds near the aid point.

A witness said that the violence unfolded when thousands of people desperate for food rushed towards aid trucks at the city’s western Nabulsi roundabout.

‘Trucks full of aid came too close to some army tanks that were in the area and the crowd, thousands of people, just stormed the trucks,’ the witness said, declining to be named for safety reasons.

‘The soldiers fired at the crowd as people came too close to the tanks.’

A spokesperson for the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry, Ashraf al-Qidra, said the incident took place at al-Nabusi roundabout west of Gaza City in the northern part of the enclave and claimed the lives of 104 Palestinians and injured more than 750.

An Israeli government spokesperson described the incident as a tragedy and said initial indications were that deaths were caused by delivery drivers plowing into a surging crowd.

‘At some point the trucks were overwhelmed and the people driving the trucks, which were Gazan civilian drivers, plowed into the crowds of people, ultimately killing, my understanding is, tens of people,’ spokesperson Avi Hyman told reporters.

‘It’s obviously a tragedy but we’re not sure of the specifics quite yet.’

Aerial photos released by the IDF purport to show the scene as Palestinians attempted to obtain food from aid trucks in Gaza City.

Aerial photos released by the IDF purport to show the scene as Palestinians attempted to obtain food from aid trucks in Gaza City

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) released aerial footage Thursday of a stampede in northern Gaza in which Palestinians mobbed aid trucks, resulting in dozens being killed in the ensuing chaos, as Hamas accused Israel of a “massacre.”

The incident highlighted the desperation and lawlessness in Gaza, though Hamas has continued to reject terms for a temporary ceasefire, saying that it would not release more Israeli hostages unless Israel ends the war and leaves Gaza.

The Jerusalem Post reported:

The picture is still far from clear, but according to the IDF, the vast majority of Palestinians were killed while trampling each other to get to around 30 aid trucks around 4:00 a.m.

A second incident occurred a short time later at another spot at El-Nabusi Square, where unidentified armed Palestinians fired on the trucks and stole supplies.

It was unclear who or how many people may have been injured at this stage, but IDF forces did not fire on anyone.

RELATED: Gaza Health Authorities Claim Israeli Fire Kills 104 Waiting for Aid

Published February 29, 2024

Health authorities in Gaza said Thursday that Israeli fire on people waiting for aid near Gaza City had killed 104 Palestinians and wounded 280, with one hospital saying it had received 10 bodies and dozens of injured patients.

A spokesperson for Israel’s military said there was no knowledge of shelling at that location. The military later said dozens of people were hurt as a result of pushing and trampling when aid trucks arrived in northern Gaza.

An Israeli source said troops opened fire at “several people” in the crowd who posed a threat to them.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’ office said he “condemned the ugly massacre conducted by the Israeli occupation army this morning against the people who waited for the aid trucks at the Nabulsi roundabout.”

Gaza’s Hamas terrorist-run Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qidra said the incident took place at al-Nabusi roundabout west of Gaza City in the northern part of the enclave.

Medical teams were unable to cope with the volume and severity of injuries from dozens of wounded people who arrived at al-Shifa hospital, Qidra said.

The head of Kamal Adwan hospital in Gaza City, Hussam Abu Safieyah, said it had received 10 dead bodies and dozens of wounded patients from the incident west of the city.

“We don’t know how many there are in other hospitals,” Safieyah told Reuters by phone.

Hamas warned in a statement that the incident could lead to the failure of talks aimed at a deal on a truce and hostage release.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
