LOVER BOY NATHAN WADE GOT GEO-TRACKED! Fani Willis and Lover Nathan Wade in Danger of Disqualification in Trump Case After Fresh Discovery of Cellphone Data Suggests They Lied Under Oath

THEY GEO-TRACKED NATHAN WADE! – FANI AND HER LOVER-BOY GOT CAUGHT!

FANI IS FINISHED!

According to a breaking report by the far-left Atlanta Journal-Constitution, authorities geo-tracked Nathan Wade and found that Nathan Wade made at least 35 visits to Fani’s neighborhood before he was hired as the lead prosecutor in the lawfare RICO case against President Trump and 18 Trump associates.

The information was included in a court submission filed on Friday.

Fani Willis and her lead prosecutor and lover Nathan Wade both testified in court that they started a relationship AFTER he was appointed to lead the Trump election interference case.

It looks like Fani and Nathan are in a whole heap of trouble!

Nathan Wade appeared to make at least 35 visits to the Hapeville neighborhood where Fani Willis was living before the district attorney hired him to lead Fulton County’s election interference prosecution, according to cellphone data included in a court submission filed Friday.

The filing, by attorneys for Donald Trump, raises fresh questions about the relationship between the two prosecutors, which the former president and other defendants argue has tainted the case against them and should result in Willis and her office being disqualified.

Trump’s lawyers relied on data collected from Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions to track his movements. It seems to contradict Wade’s testimony last week in which he said he had visited Willis at her condo in Hapeville no more than 10 times before he was hired in November 2021. It also indicates Wade twice arrived late at night at the condo and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.

Both Wade and Willis testified last week that they did not spend the night together at the Hapeville condo.

A spokesman from the Fulton DA’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

This is bad. This is really bad. Fani is finished!

RELATED: Trump investigator offers cellphone data casting doubt on Fani Willis relationship timeline

Published February 24, 2024

Special prosecutor Nathan Wade visited Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) at her condo at least 35 times prior to when they claim their relationship began, according to an analysis of cellphone data compiled by an investigator working with former President Trump’s legal team.

The new document, filed Friday, raises questions about the veracity of Willis and Wade’s testimony regarding the timeline of their relationship.

Trump and his co-defendants are attempting get their historic election racketeering indictment tossed by disqualifying the district attorney’s office over the duo’s romantic ties, claiming it created a conflict of interest. Willis’s office has acknowledged the relationship but insists there is no conflict.

Following a dramatic hearing last week at which Willis, Wade and others testified about the romance, the judge will hear arguments next Friday at 1 p.m., Trump’s lead Georgia attorney, Steve Sadow, told The Hill. Afterward, the judge is expected to issue a ruling on whether to disqualify prosecutors.

As part of his decision, the judge is weighing contesting claims as to when the romance began.

Defense attorneys purport that the prosecutors began seeing each other romantically prior to Wade’s Nov. 1, 2021, hiring as special counsel in the Trump case. Willis and Wade have both maintained that their relationship became romantic in early 2022 and ended in summer 2023.

Wade testified last week that he had been to the Hapeville, Ga., condo where Willis was living but no more than 10 times before he was hired. He said he “never” spent the night there, which Willis affirmed in her testimony.

“So, if phone records were to reflect that you were making phone calls from the same location as the condo before Nov. 1 of 2021, and it was on multiple occasions, the phone records would be wrong?” Trump attorney Steve Sadow asked Wade last week.

“If phone records reflected that, yes, sir. They’d be wrong,” Wade said.

On Friday, Trump’s team filed with the court the report from its investigator, who said he used a tool called CellHawk to analyze Wade’s cellphone data for the first 11 months of 2021. Most of that window is before Wade’s contract to work for the district attorney’s office began, and it is entirely before when prosecutors claim their romance began.

(Bloomberg) — Donald Trump’s attorney filed thousands of phone records in a Georgia court suggesting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and the lawyer she hired to investigate the former president were in constant contact during 2021 despite both testifying they didn’t begin a romance until 2022.

A corrected court filing by Trump said Friday that Willis and Nathan Wade, who’s now leading her election-interference prosecution of the former president, had just under 12,000 “interactions” in the first 11 months of 2021. That meant they had 2,000 calls and nearly 10,000 texts, according to a person familiar with the matter. Trump had to correct an earlier filing that said they spoke by phone 2,000 times and texted nearly 12,000 times.

A private investigator hired by the defense, Charles Mittelstadt, said in an affidavit that he subpoenaed Wade’s cell phone records from AT&T Inc. and obtained them on Feb. 15 — the same day both prosecutors testified their romance didn’t began until after she hired him in November 2021.

Trump and 18 others were indicted in August on racketeering charges related to their efforts to overturn President Joe Biden’s victory in 2020 in Georgia. Four have pleaded guilty. It is one of four indictments of Trump, the leading Republican candidate for president. Trump was recently hit with about $540 million in fines from awards in a defamation trial brought by writer E. Jean Carroll and a civil fraud case by New York state.

Several defendants, including Trump, are seeking to have the case dismissed or Willis removed as prosecutors over what they claim is a conflict of interest and alleged financial benefits from their romance. Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee hasn’t said when he’ll decide on the request to dismiss the indictment or disqualify Willis, Wade and the district attorney’s office from the case.

A spokesman for Willis and an attorney for Wade didn’t immediately respond to messages seeking comment.

In the filing, Mittelstadt claims his geolocation analysis of the AT&T data concluded Wade’s phone was near Willis’ address at least 35 times in the first 11 months of 2021. He was also in the area for several hours late at night on two occasions, according to the filing.

The investigator is “available to testify at the court’s convenience,” Trump attorney Steve Sadow said in the filing. The filing said it included a report of all the calls and texts, a “heat map” reflecting the prevalence of calls, and a PowerPoint presentation of “geolocation highlights.”

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
