The sheriff’s office said the 20-year-old man from Carbondale had a semi-automatic rifle, semi-automatic handgun and loaded magazines for both weapons.

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colo. — A 20-year-old man found dead in a bathroom at an amusement park in Glenwood Springs on Saturday was armed with multiple guns, loaded magazines and explosive devices. Words on written on a bathroom stall where he was found said, “I am not a killer,” according to authorities.

The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office responded Saturday morning to a report of a deceased man at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Based upon a preliminary investigation, it appeared he illegally entered the park after hours.

At a news conference Monday, Garfield County Sheriff Lou Vallario said the man was found in a women’s bathroom, near a stall. The man’s motive was unclear, but Vallario said there was writing in a bathroom stall that said, “I’m not a killer. I just wanted to get into the caves.” The sheriff could not confirm whether the man wrote that.

The Garfield County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Diego Barajas Medina and said he died of a gunshot wound. The coroner’s office said it was investigating his death as a suicide.

The 20-year-old man, whose name has not yet been released, was found dead in a bathroom at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park by maintenance staff.

Written on the bathroom wall of the Rocky Mountain park were the messages “I am not a killer” and “I just wanted to get into the caves.” There were other things written as well, but the sheriff could not make out what it said.

Police have said that his death appeared to be a suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

“There’s much more we do not know right now than we do know,” Garfield County Sheriff Lou Vallario said during a press conference.

“We had the potential for something very heinous and gruesome to happen in this community,” he continued. “We were fortunate that it did not occur.”

The sheriff’s office said that the man was wearing black tactical clothing that was “bearing patches and emblems that gave the appearance of being associated with law enforcement.”

DENVER (AP) – A heavily armed man killed himself rather than carry out an apparent plan to shoot up a mountaintop amusement park in Colorado, his body discovered in a bathroom next to words scrawled on the wall, “I am not a killer,” authorities said Monday.

Diego Barajas Medina, 20, was found dead in a women’s bathroom at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park by a maintenance crew on Saturday morning, before the park opened to the public. He died of a self-inflected gunshot wound to the head, Garfield County Coroner Robert Glassmire said.

Medina apparently entered the park while it was closed, armed with an AR-style rifle, a semi-automatic handgun and explosives and was wearing body armor and tactical clothing, similar to what a police SWAT team member might wear, authorities said.

A message saying, “I am not a killer, I just wanted to get into the caves,” was written on a wall of the bathroom where Medina’s body was found lying on the floor, Garfield County Sheriff Lou Vallario said. Nearby was a handgun and explosive devices, some real and some fake, he said. The AR-style rifle was on a counter nearby along with a duty belt holding several ammunition magazines.

Vallario could not say for certain that Medina wrote the message.

There were no prior indications, either at home or school, suggesting he was planning an attack, Vallario said. But the sheriff noted that investigators have not conducted any in-depth interviews yet. The FBI will help review Medina’s phone records and social media postings as part of the investigation, he said.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
