U.S. Closes Border Crossing in Texas to Shift Respources to Illegal Entries

Published November 29, 2023

The Senate is in the process of negotiating a $14 billion border security bill that the Democrats hate but will vote for because $60 billion in Ukraine aid will be attached to it.

Indeed, the lawmakers have excellent timing. As they sit in Washington, hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers are overwhelming the current level of border security to the point that a crossing at Eagle Pass, Texas, had to be shut down, and another crossing in Lukeville, Ariz., is seeing reduced vehicle entries.

If you whisper the word “crisis” while in Washington, the White House will point out how close you are to the Washington Monument or show you where the U.S. Capitol is — anything but acknowledge the reality of the out-of-control border.

“The U.S. is continuing to see increased levels of migrant encounters at the Southwest Border, fueled by smugglers peddling disinformation to prey on vulnerable individuals and encourage migration,” Customs and Border Protection said in a statement. “As we respond with additional resources and apply consequences for unlawful entry, the migration trends shift as well.”

RELATED: Texas immigration bill SB 4 would make illegal border crossing a state crime

Published November 29, 2023

LAREDO, Tx. (KGNS) – State lawmakers continue to address border security.

Among the bills recently approved by the Texas Congress is Senate Bill 4.

The bill was recently passed by the Texas legislature during the fourth special session.

It still needs the governor’s signature; however, it has gained a lot of attention.

This new law would also give local and state police officers conducting a traffic stops to ask for proof of U.S Citizenship.

Earlier this month the Texas Legislature passed Senate Bill 4 during the fourth special session.

The new law would make entering Texas illegally from a foreign country a state crime. It also allows state and local police to ask anyone in Texas to show their passport to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.

In a statement issued by Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick it said “Addressing the crisis on our southern border, perpetuated by the Biden administration, is a top priority of mine. The Texas Senate has taken swift action this year to pass meaningful legislation to keep Texans safe, and I am pleased to see the Texas house and senate work together to send such a strong border security bill to Gov. Abbott’s desk.”

RELATED: Congress unlikely to include a pathway to citizenship in its border deal

Border security is a key component of a broader legislative deal that lawmakers are rushing to complete before the end of the year.

Published November 27, 2023

WASHINGTON — Pathways to citizenship for young immigrants protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program are unlikely to be included in a border deal lawmakers are trying to hash out in the final weeks of the year.

Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., who is involved with the negotiations, told reporters Monday night that new pathways to citizenship won’t be a part of any final agreement.

“I think I’ve developed a reputation as being a fairly reasonable, compromise-oriented person. You come to me and tell me we had to have DACA and path to citizenship in this bill, it would be the last discussion you have with me [on] border security,” Tillis said. “This is not the time or the place nor the policy construct for it to work.”

Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut, a top Democratic negotiator in the talks, said that while DACA is a priority that Democrats would want in the deal, it doesn’t align with what Republicans want the final bill to look like.

“I think it’s been clear from the beginning that, you know, Republicans are going to get some things that they want, there will be some areas that we have mutual agreement, and there’ll be some things that the Democrats want,” Murphy told reporters.

Why do CO2 lag behind temperature?

71% of the earth is covered by ocean, water is a 1000 times denser than air and the mass of the oceans are 360 times that of the atmosphere, small temperature changes in the oceans doesn’t only modulate air temperature, but it also affect the CO2 level according to Henry’s Law.

The reason it is called “Law” is because it has been “proven”!

“.. scientific laws describe phenomena that the scientific community has found to be provably true ..”

That means, the graph proves CO2 do not control temperature, that again proves (Man Made) Global Warming, now called “Climate Change” due to lack of … Warming is – again – debunked!
