Hillary Clinton ran against Barack Obama in 2008. This is when the birther movement against Obama started. Her campaign began spreading the rumors that Barack Obama may not have been born in America and emailed out this picture.
Clinton’s campaign manager admitted to this.
The Washington Post also stated that Hillary was the “birth-mother of the birther movement.”
