NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller was murderedduring a traffic stop in Queens by a man with 21 prior arrests. It’s yet another example of liberal soft-on-crime policies getting people killed. When you break the law, you go to jail. It doesn’t get as simple as that. Joe Biden was in New York City but wasn’t there for the wake. At Radio City Music Hall, he aimed to collect $25 million with the city’s liberal elite.
Former President Donald Trump was invited and attended Officer Diller’s wake. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul visited the wake in Massapequa, but only lasted ten minutes. She was told to leave. According to reports, police officers at the venue summed up their feelings about Hochul’s presence in four words: “Get her outta here” (via NY Post):

As reported earlier by Cullen Linebarger, New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul was asked to leave the wake for murdered NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller Friday afternoon following a confrontation with a man in attendance.
As the New York Post reported, Hochul arrived at the Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island for the second day of viewings around 1:45 p.m. But the governor had been in the venue for only 10 minutes before she was spotted clashing with a man in a black suit, according to the outlet.
But Hochul was not the only New York Democrat leader who was asked to leave the wake for Officer Diller.
Mayor Eric Adams and lawless Attorney General Alvin Bragg, whose policies keep dangerous criminals out on the streets, were both confronted at the wake — By Officer Jonathan Diller’s wife!
Officer Diller’s alleged killer had 21 prior arrests and 9 felonies but was still running the streets of New York City thanks to the policies of Alvin Bragg.

NEW YORK — The man accused of fatally shooting NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller has been charged with murder, police say. Diller was shot and killed Monday during a traffic stop in Far Rockaway, Queens.
Diller had been with the NYPD for three years and is remembered by fellow officers as a “cop’s cop” who put others before himself and made people smile. The 31-year-old grew up in Franklin Square, where neighbors said he was the first to volunteer to help. He leaves behind a wife and 1-year-old son.
Police say 34-year-old Guy Rivera, of Queens, is now charged with first-degree murder of a police officer, attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the case. He remains hospitalized with injuries from the shootout.
“Police Officer Diller was a father, husband and son simply doing his job to serve and protect. He was killed for it. As alleged, the defendant opened fire and took the officer’s life and tried to shoot another member of the NYPD,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement announcing the charges. “We will not rest until we have achieved justice for Officer Diller, his family and his brothers and sisters in the NYPD who put their lives on the line to protect us.”
