A fitness trainer told a cameraman he was “proud” to tear down a poster of kidnapped Israeli children as he entered Gold’s Gym in Venice, California.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when a man TMZ Sports identifies as fitness trainer and model Zaid Shaat began tearing down posters of Israeli children being held captive by the terrorist organization Hamas. Shaat was confronted by a cameraman who challenged him to explain why he was crumpling the posters and if he was proud of himself for doing it.
“I am proud of myself,” Shaat replied. He then told the cameraman to “Get the f*ck away.”

Police are investigating a hate crime after Hitler-style moustaches were drawn on posters in London of children abducted by Hamas in Israel.
The notice of the siblings, put up in Camden, northwest London, features a photograph of two happy, smiling youngsters, identified as Emma and Yuli Cunio, both three years old.
The pair were said to have been kidnapped from their home, along with an estimated 220 other people, in Hamas’ attack on Israel on 7 October, and taken to Gaza.
But Hitler moustaches and a monobrow have been drawn over the children’s faces.
Another poster, of missing Silvia Ochayon, 58, was similarly defaced – and horns were added.

An unidentified woman was caught on camera in Brooklyn ripping down posters of people who were kidnapped by Hamas in Israel.
The woman was seen tearing the posters from scaffolding this week in Williamsburg, which has a large Orthodox Jewish population.
Dozens of flyers lined the green wood and the video shows the woman taking them down one by one.
A man, who is filming the interaction, yells out in the video posted to Reddit: “Hey, hey, what are you doing?”
She ignores him and continues to calmly tear down the pages, crumbling them up in her hand before throwing them on the ground behind her.
“They’re innocent people,” the man yells out, to which the woman monotonously replies: “Yeah, they’re innocent.”
“They’re children, they’re babies, they’re elderly people,” the man continues. “Are you proud of yourself?”
